Admin Portal Update - 06/03/2020

Fixed a problem when approving the OL Work Order.
Added the ability to edit the pole number on a pending work order.
Added the number of guy guards replaced to the inspection detail and inspection summary report.
The pole inspection summary will now show the number of rotted poles and hardware failure poles. The cavity and decay numbers have been combined into one resistagraph total.
Added the account and meter numbers to the outdoor light details.
Added the road type to the line clearance details and report.
