Admin Portal Update - 05/29/2020

  • Redesigned the left navigation menu to be more informative.
    • Inspections Navigation
      • The Inspections menu item will now have an info badge next to it that will inform you if there are any emergency pole inspections found. This status will auto refresh every minute.
        • Emergencies Sub Menu
          • The Emergencies sub menu item will have an info badge next to it that will tell you the number of emergency pole inspections found.
        • Search Sub Menu
          • This is where you can search for pole inspections.
    • OL Work Orders Navigation
      • The OL Work Orders menu item will now have an info badge next to it that will inform you if there are any work orders that need approval. This status will auto refresh every minute.
        • Needs Approval Sub Menu
          • The Needs Approval sub menu item will have an info badge next to it that will tell you the number of work orders that need approval.
        • Search Sub Menu
          • This is where you can search for certain work orders.
    • Poles Navigation
      • Use this menu to search for Poles, Line Clearance reports and replacements.
    • Outdoor Lights
      • Use this menu to view inventory and search for outdoor lights.
    • Account/Meters
      • Use this menu to view the accounts.
    • Agreements
      • Use this menu to view the agreements.
    • Reports
      • Use this menu to run reports.
  • New Notes System
    • A new note system has been put in place for the poles and inspections. Now, every note entered through the app or admin portal is logged for the pole. To view the notes, click the Notes item from the menu on the left view viewing a pole or inspection. You can add and delete notes from this same screen.
  • Pole Inspection Status Change Update
    • You can now enter a new note and service order number when you change the status of the pole inspection.
  • Line Clearance Inspections
    • Added navigation to both pole inspections from the line clearance report. To view the inspections click the inspection item from the menu on the left when viewing the line clearance report.
